Hundred Push Ups Day 2
Today wasn't much more difficult the day one. However I did notice that if I have my hands too close to my body it definitely makes the push ups harder and puts too much pressure on my shoulder. My left shoulder and elbow have been bothering me for a couple of weeks now. Well the elbow has been a couple of weeks, the shoulder has been a few months. I've been stretching out the shoulder which has greatly reduced the pain and am not working on eliminating the pain in the elbow.
I kind of screwed up the number of reps for this week on the second set. For some reason I was looking at week 2 day one but ended up cranking on the last set.
I did 12 12 9 10 and a max of 17. I should have probably pushed the last set and squeezed a few more reps out but I knew I would be doing 20 push ups in taekwondo in the evening so I slacked off a wee bit. :)
